Economic Development Professionals: Export Assistance Training

The Oregon Economic Development Association organized two export assistance training sessions in John Day and Corvallis during May and July of 2013.  The sessions were designed to equip economic development professionals with a greater understanding of the federal/state/local export assistance which can benefit companies in their jurisdictions.

Funded through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration via Business Oregon (Oregon Business Development Department) through the State Trade and Export Promotion (STEP) Grant Program, OEDA and Greater Portland Inc collaborated on creating video productions of the training elements.

This page includes links to a short video with an overview of this training agenda, as well as the presentations and videos of the presentations, which should be helpful to economic development professionals in the region who were unable to participate in the training sessions.
